One of the reasons I chose Susan was because of her knowledge with selling homes in Connerton where she is also a resident, so she has much knowledge of the neighborhood. Also, I have heard nothing but positive things from other neighbors that have also used her, and she most certainly didn't disappoint! From day one when I contacted her about putting my house in the market everything was done in a timely manner, and she is completely honest about everything and doesn't just ell you what you want to hear. Even with the interest rates being what they are, she was able to sell my home within a couple of days with multiple offers. If your looking for an agent who puts in 100%, look no further than Susan Najar.
