It was a wonderful experience working with Debbie. She handled the sale of our family condo with expertise and patience as we had multiple owners. This required extra work and co-ordination for Debbie, but through it all she was so friendly and easy to reach. I would highly recommend Debbie to take care of the sale of your home.

I honestly don’t think we would have been able to sell the condo without Debbie. She came highly recommended from other past clients in our complex, and after working with her, I see why she was. She is the most knowledgeable, friendly, patient real estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was thorough, knew the market, and what we were up against. Our transaction included several challenges, which she identified even before listing, and gave us options for how to overcome them and negotiate on our behalf. She never stopped communicating with us and even coordinated a few last minute items that needed to be done before the photos were taken and it was officially put in the market. We were not able to get back here to help, so it was truly a white glove experience. If anyone is looking for a real estate advisor that truly cares, is invested in you and goes above and beyond anything you would expect, Debbie is your gal.

Like many, it has been years since I sold a home. Fortunately, a friend recommended Pablo Martinez. At our first encounter, I already felt comfortable with his knowledge, level of expertise and enthusiasm. He was absolutely amazing! He was always a text or phone call away and patiently answered my 1000 questions. He is methodically organized, efficient and guided me through the whole process. He is super friendly and speaks Spanish fluently if anyone feels more comfortable interacting with a bilingual agent. I would highly recommend Pablo to my family and friends! Excellent market knowledge, stress free experience. We got our place in a very hot market at that time. Kristi made this process easy and pleasant taking care of everything, from finding a mortgage agent for us and taking care of all documents for our closure. We had to check many properties before our final decision.He was always ready for every market opportunity to assist us with every aspect,from finding the right property for our needs and checking if the property was in good shape.
