Tuan Phan ( Andrew) acted as sellers and buyers agent - we were the buyers and for us we found Andrew was able to separate his responsibilities to seller and buyer well. We are experienced buyers of property so did not need much support apart from direct questions to the seller who he knew personally. Andrew was very responsive, always respondeing very quickly by text or e mail to any questions we may have had . Overall our purchase went very smoothly with no delays We would recommend Andrew as a buyers or sellers agent
