5 stars is an understatement. Courtney and Michael are well informed, genuine, and always available when needed. With Lakewood Ranch having so many communities, it can be difficult to comprehend. Courtney and Michael heard us out on what we were looking for and were direct when needed, while providing high quality options. These two are the Lakewood Ranch experts, and are the only two I would call if looking in the area. We couldn't be happier with our new home!

Billie has now helped us buy AND sell a home in the greater Tampa Bay area. She helped us close on a home during the completely crazy market of the pandemic, and helped us sell during the slowest season of the year. We know we asked a lot of Billie but she always delivered. Having worked together over the years I feel a sense of loyalty and true respect for Billie. She will be as down to earth or as professional as needed, and is not afraid to be tenacious on your behalf. If you need a realtor I can't suggest Billie enough.

Not only was this the best experience I've ever had buying a house but it was also the easiest. Kris was so helpful during this entire process which really made it completely stress free.
