Coming from California and not knowing the area, I can honestly say Bill is the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. I’ve bought many properties and have never experienced an agent with an understanding of a particular area. He knows which schools are the best, what area would for my personal needs and the patience to drive me around and show me the entire Tampa Bay Area!…even areas he knew I wouldn’t like but wanted to show me the differences. FYI Bill found me my perfect home in three days, negotiated a deal I couldn’t believe, walked me through the differences in buying Florida real estate and has an amazing list of contractors and other professionals for me to speak to. This particular property has a problem due to outbuildings that weren’t permitted and many little things that people didn’t want to deal with. She did not let it bother her. It did take it a little bit longer to sell but She didn’t waiver she took care of the situation she was fantastic to work with!
