Recently, I called upon Debbie Schmidt to help me sell the house I purchased six years ago with her assistance. I was looking to downsize. My daughter in-law worked with Alberto in the past as her realtor. She was very pleased when Alberto worked with her and put her house on the market and had multiple offers the day it went on the market. She couldn't have been more pleased! I contacted Alberto to be my realtor to sell my home. Thanks to Alberto and his team for their incredible work. Alberto brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. He also suggested for us to stage the home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. His team is top notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers, we ended up accepting one of the offers. Alberto and Shirley were wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. Sorry I didn't write this months ago. Diane's expertise in her profession is actually beyond measure! Our Florida house sold so quickly, our buyer made a full price offer the first Open House day. Must have been the floors, porcelain tiles that looked like wood. We took good care of that house, was proud to call it HOME for 29 years.
