We had a great buying experience with Richard. He was very professional, knowledgeable with the current market, and attentive to our needs. He practiced lots of patience as we viewed 30+ properties and going under contract with 3 houses prior to finding the right one. Richard was there every step of the way and guided us into finding the perfect home. He managed to negotiate under asking price while getting closing costs, so we were extremely happy with our purchase! From start to finish, Richard was diligent, mindful, accommodating & overall patient! We went through numerous homes & finally found the one that suited our family. It truly was a wonderful experience not only because he was familiar with the areas we were looking at but also was knowledgeable about upcoming developments, businesses, schools & its communities as a whole. This gave us a leg up on making our final decision. When you think of wanting to plant roots, your home becomes the focal point of that. Johnny was great from day one! He was extremely knowledgable about what we should look out for as first time home buyers when it came down to structural, cosmetic and location based information about housing. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and schedule tours with us considering we had just had a baby. He was also very swift with communicating with sellers and drafting up offers. We are very happy with our new home and honestly feel like we couldn't have done it without him! If you are looking for someone knowledgable, patient, and respectful go with this guy!

Johnny Le's a great realtor with an excellent knowledge on the housing market. He's flexible and responds quick to changes. I've given his cards out to some of our previous neighbors because he's that great. Seriously cannot recommend him enough!
