Johnny was great from day one! He was extremely knowledgable about what we should look out for as first time home buyers when it came down to structural, cosmetic and location based information about housing. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and schedule tours with us considering we had just had a baby. He was also very swift with communicating with sellers and drafting up offers. Ming helped me purchase and sell a home within the last six months. He was able to quickly negotiate an offer on a property in which time was extremely crucial. This property was at a price point with VERY low inventory and I knew if I was going to have a chance to purchase it, I would need an agent who knew what he was doing! He quickly got an offer in and it was accepted. Within a matter of months, my life changed and I needed to sell this exact property. Ming immediately came over and started the process. He took amazing pictures, put a sign in the yard and a box on the door. He even offered fresh flowers as part of the staging of the house. Everyday agents with potential buyers came to see the property and within 8 days we had an offer. Ming even handle the warranty (after the sale) when a major appliance was beyond repair. Pat was so easy to work with. We met at the house and she gave me the best advice on how I could spend renovation money so that we would get maximum return on our home sell.
