My wife and I were very fortunate to find Carmen. She was able to accommodate us for a last-minute showing right from the beginning. She was able to help us navigate all of the ups and downs of finding and securing a condo as we are from out of state and this was our first time. She attended every showing and debriefed me afterwards. She was instrumental in all the final closing activities and despite some frustrations with the HOA...got us over the goal line successfully.
