They made the buying process extremely easy, especially when you are buying a condo and living out of town. They took care of all the paperwork. They helped me get an inspection and mold company. Also, they gave me the names of honest and capable contractors to fix any of the problems. I would highly recommend the King Team, if you are looking to buy or rent a home or condo.
