My wife and I were very fortunate to find Carmen. She was able to accommodate us for a last-minute showing right from the beginning. She was able to help us navigate all of the ups and downs of finding and securing a condo as we are from out of state and this was our first time. She was positive with a "can do" attitude throughout the process and a joy to work with. We have worked with several realtors and she is by far our favorite. We aren't sure if in the end we would have closed without her help.

Her analysis of a reasonable sale price was within a few hundred dollars of the final sale price..unlike the others I interviewed who's estimates were way too high and completely unrealistic. She attended every showing and debriefed me afterwards. She was instrumental in all the final closing activities and despite some frustrations with the HOA...got us over the goal line successfully. I'd hire her in a second if I needed a realtor again!
