She is really the best. I asked her to help me buy my first house in the US (I live abroad) and she was more than efficient and helpful. She took me to see over 20 properties and also went to see them alone when I couldn't go, even during the Covid pandemic when I couldn't travel. Finally, her wisdom, knowledge of the market, patience and experience made me buy a property through her (without visiting it myself) and the entire process was smooth and fast. No problems. And if there was any setback she took care of solving it. Finally, I met the house on closing day and she accompanied me throughout the process of signing documents and taking possession. In the current poor market, they were able to get our property sold when we worried that we would need to invest significantly in upgrades in order to attain a sale. We live in the Orlando area, so we depended on Ana and Gida completely to find a buyer for a condo that came to us as a result of a death in the family.
