So over one year ago I saw a house on Facebook for sale and Carmen’s name was on the ad I called the number and of course she answered right away and even though I wasn’t ready to move to Florida she answered every question I threw at her and then some, for an entire year we spoke at least twice a month and she also sent me listings for the type of property that we wanted so going forward we finally sold our home in New York and we were ready to meet her finally, I can truly say that not once ever was she pushy she is always prepared and professional and always on your side to show you the best property and location for your family and of course she found us the perfect house. Robin was excellent in every way. Very helpful in offering and providing help beyond what I would normally expect from a broker. She kept me informed about other houses in my area which were for sale, Her constant updates by text and phone were very professional and I always felt like I was "in the loop". I was a snowbird and was away for months and she regularly checked my house to make sure everything was OK. I have sold a house before and never had this level of service.
