She is really the best. I asked her to help me buy my first house in the US (I live abroad) and she was more than efficient and helpful. She took me to see over 20 properties and also went to see them alone when I couldn't go, even during the Covid pandemic when I couldn't travel. Finally, her wisdom, knowledge of the market, patience and experience made me buy a property through her (without visiting it myself) and the entire process was smooth and fast. No problems. And if there was any setback she took care of solving it. Finally, I met the house on closing day and she accompanied me throughout the process of signing documents and taking possession. Before working with her I had worked with several real estate agents and none had been as understanding with my situation (living abroad) or as efficient with the search for opportunities and advice for the purchase.- Furthermore, she is an excellent person. I highly recommend her.

My wife and I were in need of a two bedroom two bath condo in Palm Beach 3 years ago and we were lucky enough to gain the expertise of Lorrie Scholtes. Our criteria was very narrow, South Ocean Blvd. on the Ocean & Intercostal. And, by the way, we did it by telephone. Her warmth, knowledge of the area, and enthusiasm that she would find the perfect place for us gave us full confidence in her. In less than 1 week she found us the perfect spot (going on 3 years). We enjoyed working with her so much, we gave her an excellent referral to one of our friends from Chicago and she performed the same service for them with their new three bedroom three bath condo on Flagler Avenue. We travel to South Florida every year and rent for 3-4 months. We contacted the Champagne and Parisi agency as they well represented an owner in a previous rental. Lorri got back to us right away. Our experience with Lorri was very good. She showed us many possibilities and helped and accompanied us with property visits until we settled on the final choice. She also helped get our applications through a very non-responsive Condo Association Board Agency. If we are back in the same area next year, we will definitely contact Lorri and her group.

Ana and Gida are well known in the sale of Gleneagles real estate for good reason. They are capable, dedicated, successful, knowledgeable and well connected in the real estate world and in the communities they serve. In the current poor market, they were able to get our property sold when we worried that we would need to invest significantly in upgrades in order to attain a sale. We live in the Orlando area, so we depended on Ana and Gida completely to find a buyer for a condo that came to us as a result of a death in the family. They worked together very well, completely on their own, with many showings. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the unit and prevalent market slow down (virtually nothing was selling), we had to settle for a lower price than we would have hoped for. But given the ongoing carrying costs and stress we were feeling about all the money and time we would need to expend to bring it up to current market standards, (time that we didn’t have), they understood that the best result would be an investor sale. Being well connected, they found us a known investor and we consummated a sale in 4 weeks with no inspection, great deposit and a stress free closing process. We are very happy and now condo-free, thanks to Ana and Gida.

Laura was informative at every step in our journey to find the perfect home to spend the rest of our lives in! Being from NY where the climate is completely different there were many things we were not aware of as far as materials used in construction, air conditioning maintenance, etc. Laura was able to answer every question in detail and was never pushy! I worked in luxury retail and pushy sales people always make me want to run but Laura never made me feel that way. She was extremely patient and extremely knowledgeable!!
