Wayne is a great realtor and went above and beyond in helping and dealing with our constant changing schedule and what it was we were looking for. For example, he responded to our request to help us a find a short-term rental as we were moving from out-of-state, and then decided to buy, and he just rolled with the chaos. I did a lot of remodeling on the townhouse and I thought it looked good. However, the staging that Lilyan did went well above my expectations. I truly believe the staging is why the house was the highest sale price at that point in time.
