I did a lot of remodeling on the townhouse and I thought it looked good. However, the staging that Lilyan did went well above my expectations. I truly believe the staging is why the house was the highest sale price at that point in time.

Wayne was an absolute dream to work with. We had no idea what we were doing, since this was our first sale ever, and he just made everything so easy and stress free. We could not have been happier, he was amazing with every part of the sale from beginning to end! His attention to detail was perfection and we had multiple offers and had a contract by the end of the first day of putting the house on the market. I believe that the way Wayne described our house in the listing is what pulled people in, he really gets a "feel" of what your house means to you and portrays that in his listing description and pictures. Wayne Mattson was amazing when helping us find a home. So knowledgeable inside and out in what he does. We loved him. He was always available for us when we had questions or concerns and always willing to help and go the extra mile without being asked. Lots and lots of information. Never hesitating to get further information for us in order to help us make decisions. We’d refer him over and over again.
