As a former Realtor, I was so impressed with Val's attention to detail. When we told her we were selling, she provided us with a market analysis, marketing strategy and an open house schedule. Mind you, I didn't ask for this but this is how she responded. The pictures of the house were professional, the glossy brochure's were incredible and she didn't "fluff" anything. She is a straight shooter and very honest in her opinions. To be honest, she didn't blow smoke up our butts. The house sold within weeks!! She is a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone. What a beautiful person to work with.

We’ve know Jon for years! He has helped 2 of our daughters purchase homes and now us. This is a long distance move and Jon FaceTimed a few homes with us to allow a chance to see the homes before flying to MD…very helpful!!! Jonathan was an amazing agent for me as an out-of-town seller. He came highly recommended, for good reason! When I decided to sell my condo in DC he was immediately on the ball, kept me up to date with communications, and helped to organize a lot of the vendors for the maintenance and other items related to inspection and sale.
