Valerie was an excellent agent to work with when I listed and sold my house in the summer of 2021. We were selling our house due to a job transfer. This came with a relocation agency. Valerie delt with all the moving parts of this process which was a great stress reliever. She was very easy to reach and responded to any questions very promptly. I didn't really want to move and selling or buying a home is always stressful but Valerie took away a lot of the stress of selling our home so we could focus on finding a new home in a new state. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Right when I called Thon to let him know we were selling our house he came out to the house to take a look around and let us know what we needed to do to sell it. As soon as we had fixed the little things he pointed out he came out to take pictures and had it on the market the next day. Thon was really on the ball and we would recommend him to anyone.

As a former Realtor, I was so impressed with Val's attention to detail. When we told her we were selling, she provided us with a market analysis, marketing strategy and an open house schedule. Mind you, I didn't ask for this but this is how she responded. The pictures of the house were professional, the glossy brochure's were incredible and she didn't "fluff" anything. She is a straight shooter and very honest in her opinions. To be honest, she didn't blow smoke up our butts. The house sold within weeks!! She is a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone. What a beautiful person to work with.
