Our experience working with Lisa exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Buying a house in a city where you don't currently live presents a plethora of challenges, all of which we were able to overcome with an exceptionally capable realtor. Lisa is a wealth of knowledge about the home buying process in general, the current market, and a wide swath of Northern Virginia. She was able to give us detailed information about each town/area/neighborhood we were interested in. For me, her input as a mom regarding house layouts and neighborhood walkability, traffic, and amenities was particularly valuable. Lisa's communication with us was always quick, even being in a different time zone. Overall, Lisa inspired confidence at every step of the way and we are so glad we found her. I worked with Daniella on a home sale in Woodbridge and I can't say enough about her professionalism and communication from start to finish. From the moment her clients were interested in the home and submitted an offer, Daniella made it a priority to let us know what was happening with the inspection and loan process so there were no surprises and the transaction stayed on track and closed on time. She is very resourceful and even referred us to an inspector to help with a fireplace inspection item which could have turned into a stressful and costly situation for all involved. After the turn of the market in 2021/2022, finding a house at an affordable price was hard enough, making it through the bidding process was even more difficult. Daniella provided guidance, advice and mentorship as we looked at houses. I trusted that she had my best interests as a buyer, and that she wasn't trying to "Just sell me a house". Communication was clear and often, advice was provided readily and freely and she understood the in and outs of not only home buying but all the additional activities such as the inspections, bargaining, and working with lenders and contractors. Every step of the way I knew that I could ask her questions and she would be able to readily answer them. In 2009 Jeannie worked with us to purchase the home she sold for us in 2022. From the outset of both purchase and sale Jeannie was not only professional she endeared herself to us as a genuine agent who had our best interests at heart not the commission she would earn. Both purchase and sale had difficulties that at times made them appear in the to hard basket but not for Jeannie, her all sales go through eventually attitude let us stay focused on the outcome while she dealt with the trials. Lisa was there every step of the way, from decluttering my house, to getting it ready for sale, then the actual sale. She lost sleep, when I did, worrying about me and my family through the change economic environment. We were not just a transaction to her. On the day we moved out, our refrigerator broke. The Buyer refused a credit to repair at closing and threatened to walk. Lisa helped us coordinate a repair, all while juggling a million other details. We always felt like a top priority. In a business where customer service is a must, Lisa went above and beyond in countless instances. She is thoughtful, sincere, resourceful and pragmatic. I would happily work with Lisa again and have referred her to friends.

Kathy Colville is wonderful. I have bought and sold over 10 houses in my adult life, this was the best experience yet. I was in a difficult situation and had to sell my house sooner than planned, she helped me access the situation, found me vendors to help prep, priced it perfectly, and we sold in 14 days in December, right before Christmas...not the best time to be selling a house! She then went well above and beyond in helping me find a new place, this time a rental for the next couple of years. Together we found a great place that meets my needs in a neighborhood I think I will love. Kathy demonstrated an incredible amount of market knowledge, real estate experience, professionalism and customer appreciation. She was incredibly responsive to emails, texts and calls.
