In 2009 Jeannie worked with us to purchase the home she sold for us in 2022. From the outset of both purchase and sale Jeannie was not only professional she endeared herself to us as a genuine agent who had our best interests at heart not the commission she would earn. Both purchase and sale had difficulties that at times made them appear in the to hard basket but not for Jeannie, her all sales go through eventually attitude let us stay focused on the outcome while she dealt with the trials. Lisa was there every step of the way, from decluttering my house, to getting it ready for sale, then the actual sale. She lost sleep, when I did, worrying about me and my family through the change economic environment. We were not just a transaction to her. On the day we moved out, our refrigerator broke. The Buyer refused a credit to repair at closing and threatened to walk. Lisa helped us coordinate a repair, all while juggling a million other details. We always felt like a top priority. In a business where customer service is a must, Lisa went above and beyond in countless instances. She is thoughtful, sincere, resourceful and pragmatic. I would happily work with Lisa again and have referred her to friends.

I can't say enough good things about Susan Monroe. Susan has helped my husband and I find two homes now, and both times she went above and beyond for us. She took into account our needs and our tastes, and found us the perfect place with days! When we were buying our first home, so made the experience so effortless. She expertly guided us through the whole process, making us feel secure and confident throughout a process that is usually intimidating and overwhelming. Kathy Colville is wonderful. I have bought and sold over 10 houses in my adult life, this was the best experience yet. I was in a difficult situation and had to sell my house sooner than planned, she helped me access the situation, found me vendors to help prep, priced it perfectly, and we sold in 14 days in December, right before Christmas...not the best time to be selling a house! She then went well above and beyond in helping me find a new place, this time a rental for the next couple of years. Together we found a great place that meets my needs in a neighborhood I think I will love. Kathy demonstrated an incredible amount of market knowledge, real estate experience, professionalism and customer appreciation. She was incredibly responsive to emails, texts and calls. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you Kathy for all you did for me.

From start to finish, Wayne was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I know through conversation that he was simultaneously juggling several clients through both the buying and selling process, but I would have never known it otherwise because of Wayne's timeliness in communication, availability for showings and as an intermediary, and overall care and attention to detail I was given from start to finish. We went out on several house hunts, but the home I ended up purchasing was one that I found on a Monday that Wayne made himself available to show that same afternoon, despite it being a holiday and over 40 minutes away. He connected me with a great mortgage company and title company, both of whom I was very satisfied with, and provided me with excellent, professional counsel throughout the search, contract, and closing procedures. He also fought for a number of items that resulted in me walking away with more money in my pocket and more satisfaction in my purchase. If and when I choose to sell my home or buy another property, I look forward to working with Wayne again.

Daniella came highly recommended from a close family friend. I made the mistake of using a broker not within the local area. When my contract with the broker produced no results after 6 months, Daniella was recommended to me. What a pro Daniella is! She hit the ground running and we had multiple offers within 4 days of the listing going active. She vetted them all and worked with us to get the best offer.
