Krystin was excellent from start to finish. My wife and I struggled for eight months making progress before meeting her, and working with her was a complete turnaround. She responded quickly to every question and was always honest in her guidance. She listened to everything we wanted in a home and if a home didn’t have a few things we wanted, she offered thoughtful recommendations on changes we could make to help us see the potential. As first-time home buyers, we were a bit nervous finding a home but she constantly reassured us that the right home would come, and she guided us through the process with patience and confidence. She is the sweetest most genuine soul you’ve ever meet. Even after closing, she still checks up and makes sure everything is going well!
