Krystin was excellent from start to finish. My wife and I struggled for eight months making progress before meeting her, and working with her was a complete turnaround. She responded quickly to every question and was always honest in her guidance. She listened to everything we wanted in a home and if a home didn’t have a few things we wanted, she offered thoughtful recommendations on changes we could make to help us see the potential. As first-time home buyers, we were a bit nervous finding a home but she constantly reassured us that the right home would come, and she guided us through the process with patience and confidence. She is the sweetest most genuine soul you’ve ever meet. Even after closing, she still checks up and makes sure everything is going well! First and foremost, I just want to say how amazingly wonderful Krystin and her husband Isaiah where to us. They worked around the clock with trying to get us approved with the appropriate lenders to get the job done. I could call/text although trying to be mindful of their life outside of work they would always respond within 24/48hrs to answer any questions I had or concerns when I didn't understand the man lingo Krystin was always able to break things down and or just listen to me complain about the process. They tried to make the process as painless as possible and did a lot of the footwork and coached us on the following things we needed to do and where even willing to be a part of uncomfortable phone calls ect. If I could give them more then 5 stars they would definitely get more, and I cannot thank them enough.
