Ron is a great communicator, very knowledgeable, and if I had a question, it was answered immediately, even when he was out of town. It is crystal clear Ron carries 30 plus years experience is this field. He is familiar with the other brokers in the area, contract issues, home inspection results and how to handle them, finance questions, the list goes on. Overall I was very satisfied with Ron and Carol Pearce, and would gladly call upon them again. They work well together as a team, kind of a two for one deal. Thanks!

When it comes to service and making customers feel secure and well taken care of, there is no other choice than the team of Ron & Carrol. Having do deal with shady sellers and dodgy underwriters and so many others involved in the purchase process would have been completely overwhelming if not for the sanity, patients, and often just a kind word or 2 from Ron and Carrol.

The entire deal was done by phone,text,and email. There was 4 sellers spread out around the country. What could have been a logistics nightmare turned out to be a very smooth transaction. Thank you Debra and everyone who had a part in the sale.

She was the first person to call me back on a long list of realtors in the area for a showing on a house. I really wanted to get a bid in on a house I knew was not going to last and she sealed the deal. Came to the showing prepared with all the info I would need on the house, gave great suggestions for local inspectors and got me into the house I wanted for the price I was looking for PLUS was able to work out a deal to get me the furniture that was in the house as well. She is friendly, prompt at returning calls, good at getting the ball rolling very quickly and all around awesome to do business with. She even got us a present for our new born baby boy after we closed. Highly suggested!

Mike is a very well informed and knows the area and the current market. He was always available to me He knew my must have list and only showed me what applied. The house we found is perfect ,not only the home, but the neighborhood is very friendly and helpful.
