We had the pleasure to meet Debra almost 4 years ago when we purchased a mobile home at Blue Heron Pines. When we decided to sell she was the only person we called. She knows the Park and the market better than anyone. At the same time we listed the proper looked to her to help find a condo in Port Charlotte. She didn’t let us down. We purchased and sold the mobile home almost simultaneously. We closed without a hitch and moved in, then closed a couple weeks later on the mobile home. Debra was there on both every step of the way and saw us to the end. She is extremely pleasant, caring and efficient and would recommend her on selling or buying ANY type of property.
