Ron is a great communicator, very knowledgeable, and if I had a question, it was answered immediately, even when he was out of town. It is crystal clear Ron carries 30 plus years experience is this field. He is familiar with the other brokers in the area, contract issues, home inspection results and how to handle them, finance questions, the list goes on. Overall I was very satisfied with Ron and Carol Pearce, and would gladly call upon them again. They work well together as a team, kind of a two for one deal. Thanks!
