We heard about Tim from a direct mail piece we received at our home in PA. The advert was well done and we held on to it since we knew the property would likely be sold. Our family (in laws and other married) was contacted about the property and we tried to determine if it would be used by family. Interest was low in using the property, so we decided to sell. I was lucky enough to come across Ron Pearce. I am not local and Ron has handled three sales for me perfectly and has several additional listings. I cannot think of any areas for improvement. He has been excellent in regards to providing data for pricing/marketing, MLS writeup, signage, clear and immediate communication, quick and easy access to him, negotiations, efficient Docusign usage for contracts, coordination of local labor when necessary, personal involvement with anything necessary to be done locally for a nonlocal seller, and taking necessary steps to resolve any issues necessary to get to closing.
