David was amazing, truly. This was our first experience buying a house and going through the process and he went above and beyond for us. He explained everything very thoroughly and held our hand each step of the way. He made sure we understood the process and gave us his true and honest opinion. He was present at every viewing, appraisal, and facilitated all the quotes from various entities from those appraisals. I cannot thank David enough for helping us through this process. I hope we don't move for a while, but when we eventually do, we will be contacting David and only using him. Our family is potentially moving to the area and we already told them they must use David.
