Emily Humphrey is the BEST realtor. She works tirelessly for her clients, going to bat without hesitation and has the patience of a saint. We’ve bought and sold many houses and she has been one of the best realtors we’ve ever worked with. She continues to help us with questions months after we bought and sold! Highly recommend!

Emily has been incredible to work with through all of our buying/selling process! She is detail oriented, very communicative and so helpful every step of the way. We are so grateful to have worked with her and couldn’t have found the perfect home for us without her expertise!

Emily was a vital resource during our purchase and supported us with honest and beneficial guidance as well as valuable information throughout the process. Emily worked diligently to identify homes we might be interested in and truly focused on finding the home that would be perfect for us. During the offer and negotiation process she advocated for our best interest to ensure that we received the best possible outcome. Emily will soon be listing the home we are moving away from and we would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Adam Corya was fantastic to work with! He was incredibly helpful, and through his research, helped us to find exactly what we were looking for! Throughout the whole process, he kept us well-informed of all the details of our purchase, and was a great advocate for us during the negotiations. I know Adam is a busy man with many clients, but we always felt like we were his top priority! He has our enthusiastic recommendation!

Our experience with Carpenter Realty has been beyond exceptional. I would especially like to call our Emily Dyer Humphrey and David Meador who have both exuded such knowledge, patience, kindness, and energy as we worked through our home buying journey. It is clear that they really care about what they do, and if our experience is any indication, they tailor their approach based on the specific needs of their client. We have been made to feel valued and important. Their guidance and resourcefulness has really boosted our confidence as home buyers in making the best purchase decisions possible. Emily and David are just wonderful agents, good people, and a true credit to Carpenter Realty’s reputation.
