Selling a house in an uncertain market can be daunting. Good thing we had Dave by our side. It took us a while to sell our house and none of that is due to Dave just bad luck. Through all this Dave soldiered on. We managed to get a favourable result in the dead of winter which is the worst time to sell a house. My wife and I have moved with Carpenter twice in the last five years. Each time has had its unique hurdles, times of despair, and immense joy; however, no matter what, we took great comfort in knowing we have Reba as our agent. I intentionally use the present tense; because Reba Evans does not stop being your agent once you have sold your house or purchased a new home.
