Amazing Agent

Conscientious, HONEST, was more than an Agent, he became a friend!
Forget high-pressure sales from greedy Realtors who list your home for the profit and never show your house. Greedy Realtors get half of what any other Realtor makes selling your home. Bill Gosiak has values, and the ethics you want in a Realtor. Bill had Open Houses on several weekends, knowing we were renting an apartment, so we could show a clean, EMPTY house. The mortgage and the rent set us back almost $4000 a month, so Bill had Open Houses until we sold the property. Bill knows a LOT about building and construction. When we had to make repairs, Bill negotiated with the sellers to make FAIR offers. Without Bill, the sellers would have driven us into poverty with the requests. Also, the ultimate nightmare. The BUILDING INSPECTOR. If Bill did not know the BUILDING CODE in our area, the Inspector could have demanded expensive, unnecessary work, to the tune of thousands of dollars, before we could sell the house. Thank God Bill was on our side. We managed reasonable repairs and negotiated with the Inspector to be satisfied with the work they required us to do. By the way, we spent almost $3000 getting the house ready for sale to begin with. When you sell your home, they exposed you to unnecessary (expensive) headaches from the buyers and the Inspectors. Without Bill Gosiak, we could have waited for half a year or MORE trying to make the Building Inspector/buyers happy. Bill negotiated with the buyers, and the city, and the city inspectors. Thank you Bill, we are so grateful for your personal attention to detail, your low key professional demeanor, and your expertise in city zoning legalities. If you want an HONEST Realtor who treats you with respect, a guy that will PROTECT you instead of disappearing when problems mount, Bill is your Realtor. Bill Gosiak will treat you like a family member, not a client.

Fran helped me with my decision to sell by assuring me she would walk me through every step.
Her experience in real estate, honesty, integrity made it easy to choose her as my agent. She kept me focused on what needed to be done and also provided me with a network of services to help me with the move. Fran kept in constant communication with me, which is a key quality in a good real estate agent. Would use her again and also would refer her to friends that need an agent.

Second time working with Francine Nolan - another success
Fran sold my home previously so she was the first person I turned to for buying a new home a few years later. Fran is very friendly and willing to go the extra step to help you find what you are looking for, and did I have a list for her. Fran was open with details in the current housing market and made me aware early on of some of the various decisions I would need to consider for an offer in this market. In today's market we reviewed many homes online, did nearly 30 open houses to see potential homes and had to put in several offers. all which Fran made easy for me and she was very flexible in her schedule to support my needs.

What a great real estate experience
Very attentive and knowledgeable above all else. Never let a detail too small or big get in the way of our progress as a seller. When others were remiss and fell short Mrs Johnson took over. We had a wonderful experience in the sell of our house. Cactus Mountain Realty and Debra personally has our highest and Most sincere gratitude and recommendation.
