From the very start, Debbie had the answers to all our questions so that we felt very confidant in her knowledge and experience. As we began working with her she just took care of things - because we were up in Canada. She arranged someone to clean and pack up some things in the house. We ended up using her space for storage including putting my special guitar in her house. She told us to go with a price higher that we initially expected which was higher that it would appraise at and therefore higher than other agents suggested. We listed in the heat of summer in Arizona but still sold within 2 weeks for the price we asked. Then she got the house ready for us to come down and helped us sell all the contents with some remaining items stored in her storage - no charge. Since we sold the furniture we had no place to sleep for the last 3 days so she put us up in her casita - no charge. Then on the last day we had no car so she lent us hers to get some loose ends tied up. We had some pleasant conversations and appreciated all she did for us and she would always ask if there was something else we needed.
