We wanted to put our home on the market so we reach out to Bill Gosiak from Cactus Real Estate. He came over and from there and we started a great relationship with him. He was always ready to help us anytime we asked or called. Our home had not been updated since we purchased it. The main reason was, we used it only during the winter months, 3 to 6 months. We are from Oregon and wanted to get away from the cold & rainy days. So we finally bought a home in 1998. Used it every winter, of each year. We had no idea what price to ask since 24 years had passed. Bill helped us on that part. After singing with Bill, he then took many pictures inside and outside. He listed it the next day. He had about 3 or 4 Open Houses and quite a few 'Walk Ins'. Bill would come over almost every week or so, to go over everything and talk about where we were in the market. We had a number of offers that needed negotiations with buyers Agents. He helped there as we had no idea. One of these offers ended up in the sale of our property and we were excited. We are back in Oregon now and still have conversations with Bill. He truly helped us a lot with suggestions all the way thru to signing final papers. Thank you so much Bill !!
