We worked with Bill Gosiak for several years, initially to rent our Sun Lakes home and then to sell
Bill is extremely knowledgable about the Sun Lakes market both on the rental and sales side. Not only did Bill get our house rented several times but whenever we had any problems or concerns with the house, Bill was always there to help out and take care of any problems. This was a huge help since I live in Minnesota. Bill is so easy to work with, he is trustworthy, successful and makes the experience pleasant and easy. He will go above and beyond. If are looking to rent, buy or sell in the Sun Lakes area I HIGHLY recommend Bill.

Professional and thorough
Purchased our first property in 2017 and three more since then. Always provided honest and professional service. We always felt secure in our dealings with Marsha due to her honesty for all of the parties involved, and has assisted in pointing us to a financing channel, plus provided references for local repair individuals. Her knowledge of the real estate market has been most valuable.
