Andy is a great guy and very knowledgeable of the geographical region and the real estate market in general. He can be as involved in the process as you want him to be. I'm a little more hands on than most and he was OK with that. I have used Andy's services on three separate occasions (2 residential and 1 commercial) and all transactions went very smooth. We saw a house on Zillow in Florida we were interested in and clicked on the contact us button and were immediately contacted by Andy and he put us in contact with John Lee. After meeting with John and him showing us many homes we found our home. The whole process went very smooth and the agency helped us with everything as we were out of state.
