Scott was exceptional in finding the right property for a second home for us. We were interested in investing in real estate and wanted to find a place in Clearwater with a water view. He impressed us with all his knowledge of the area and what to look for in the region. He took us to as many areas as we wanted to see along Tampa Bay, Clearwater Beach and the Clearwater Harbor. He suggested a couple of mortgage companies and helped us through the entire process to the settlement. He negotiated the best price for the property we decided on which helped in the renovation from the money he saved us. He was in contact with us throughout the entire process and always returned our calls. Doreen from his office would send us all the different documents we needed and was always there to help us. We are so glad we picked Scott to help us with our purchase and will contact him again when we need to buy or sell real estate again.

We recently bought a home in Clearwater and our customer experience with Scott and his team was exceptional. Having moved frequently and bought 8 homes over the years we have worked with many agents. I would rate this as the best experience on 3 key points. Proactive - we never had to wait to get information from Scott and his team. Nights, weekends - it just didn't matter - we always were in the loop. Professionalism - I always felt he acted as our agent and with high integrity. We also received exceptional customer service from Doreen. I always knew the details of the transaction were being taken care of and we were not going to miss the milestones. Lastly knowledge - Scott knows his profession well from the valuation side to the process side. He was really a pleasure to work with!

Andy helped us to sell my parents' home of 40+ years after they moved to a retirement community. He treated their home as if it was his own parents' house and was always considerate of their needs and desires. He helped us set the price and communicated clearly and honestly with us throughout the entire process. I live in Ohio, so Andy and his staff handled all the hands on activity - inspection, scheduling of needed repairs, etc. He truly made this major life event of selling a longtime home much less stressful. Andy took my home i lived in for 28 years even though we had a geological issue some time ago. He saw me through several prospective buyers who did not qualify for insurance or financing . There were also several issues that needed repairing on the home and he took care of them for us, saving us a trip down to florida from north Georgia . From the signing of the sales agreement with him to the signing of the of the closing documents, he was most professional . I might add that Lisa Vaughn was also a great help as she kept me informed of negotiations and progress . Last, but not least , i gave him a number i wanted to take home after all costs etc. were deducted and i got substantially more , meaning he did his research and got me fair value !!! All real estate deals should be this easy .

Scott was fantastic! We live in Indiana but found property in FL. Scott lives over an hour away from the property but didn't hesitate to drive to the house we wanted to check out. He face timed with us so we could 'see' it. He was thorough, efficient and prompt both before we decided to pursue the house, all the way until we closed. Andy is fantastic. He stays in contact and always kept us posted as to viewings, offers, issues, etc. When an issue came up, he jumped on it and had a solution based on his experience and expertise. His expertise is awesome in guiding us to make the correct decision. Very thoughtful and patient. Although he was not the selling agent, he was critical in making the sale happen. He soars miles above every realtor with whom we have worked over the last 40 years. I recommend him not only as the go to realtor of choice but as the only realtor to use.

I elected to switch to Andy as my realtor after speaking to him on the phone. Andy and his team are very knowledgeable in real estate and in the Clearwater market. They were always honest with me and kept me informed every step of the way. It took Andy and his team only four (4) weeks to get an offer on my condo. Andy has a vast amount of experience to draw from to make any real estate transaction seamless. I was conducting this transaction remotely from another state and the entire process went smoothly.
