Bob was very knowlegeable about everything--zoning for flood insurance, real estate laws, types of houses (wood frame vs. concrete), and information about the type of neighborhoods we looked in. He even was very informative about where we'd have to go and what we'd have to do about getting utilities turned on in our name. Besides being a nice, interesting guy what we liked best about Bob was that he didn't try to "sell" us anything. He pointed out flaws in properties and let us know straight out when he thought a house was "not good." We had the feeling that he was truly trying to find us the house that would fit our needs. Thanks to Bob we ended up getting a great house, backing up to a lovely preserve in a great location and we couldn't be happier!

We were looking for a second home in Sarasota and picked Bill's group randomly to help us with our search. After sending an inquiry email, I received a resoponse from Bill McCue that he or someone in his group would be reaching out to us shortly. Sure enough, a few hours later we received a personalized video from Candy Genot, who works with Bill, introducing herself and offering their services to help. We have been working now with Candy almost a month, and we have found a place to purchase. On a recent visit she tirelessly drove us around to look at properties and provided her expertise advice. She also is available to talk or email at any time we've asked. She has been nothing short of awesome! Since we picked a new construction home we will be dealing with her over the next few months as we progress through the building process and I can say we honestly look forward to it. Candy and her team have been nothing but incredible and we are glad we found her. Oh, and I must not forget to mention that Candy personally is such a kind, caring and wonderful person. We really are lucky.

Steve is the best agent i ever worked. He is very patient and always in touch. Opposite to other agents, his commission is the last thing he is interested. He is trying to make sure you are happy with your deal, understand all pros and cons, but last not least he always go above and beyond. One honest man, which are hard to find those days.
