Our home was on the market for nearly 40 days with ANOTHER agent/agency, at a time period of what looked to be a surging market. We made the hard decision to terminate our listing agreement and hire Gary Dale. My wife and Mother-in-law had just happen to run into Gary at a mall that he was listing.
