Diane was "superb" in assisting me in selling my property. She was always available for me: phone call or text, and would always get back to me if she was tied up. I was astounded at the times she would be working, early morning or late at night. She was always there, ready to answer or respond. She would check and be ready to advise on most any matter to ensure all proper procedures were followed. Even after the closing, she arrived the next morning to oversee the transfer of extra furniture to Hospice. I cannot recommend Diane enough for all the "extras" she did to help me with the sale of my residence. Great job!

Diane was always there, morning, noon or night. Whenever I would call or text, she would respond. She filled in the gaps of me "wondering what was happening" and she always kept me informed. On a number of occasions, she went the "extra mile" to ensure all was taken care of. I applaud her for her many "extras" to ensure I was kept informed, was knowledgeable of what was happening, and what to expect for what was coming up. A first-rate Agent who cares for her customers, ensures that they are well-informed, and ready to act should they have a question or a concern. I cannot say enough good things about Diane and how pleased I was with the purchasing of a Villa and in the selling of my home. I would highly recommend Diane to anyone who may desire a first class Agent!

Bob is a great realtor with a lot of experience. He was absolutely amazing to work with. Bob has an exceptional market knowledge. Literally within two or three hours of signing the contract with him to be the realtor, I received three offers and by the end of the day he gave me a very creative contract, with full price!! He was always available and quick to respond via phone, text, and email. Bob is a very straight forward, calm, and positive person. When the first deal fell through once again within a few hours he presented me a new offer and this time for even more money!! The closing went smoothly. If you've ever had the experience of feeling like God sent the right person at the right time to you, then you know how I feel about Kerry. She felt like family right from the start, not some smarmy realtor just looking to make a sale. She did everything in a timely manner, her communication skills are excellent, and she was reachable and accessible when we needed her. She crossed every "t" and dotted every "i" through the process. She's intelligent and adept in what she does and sees everything through. If her knowledge wasn't enough, she's just a really, really likable gal. If I wasn't moving out of state she's the kind of woman I'd be friends with. She's honest, trustworthy, has integrity, she's kind, authentic, and humble. She sees and hears you, and understands. Moving out of state is no small undertaking, yet Kerry helped make our move more calm and less stressful as we knew we were in capable hands and didn't have to look back and check to see if she was attending to details- she was, and we knew it.
