Jean had a timely response to my inquiry on their website. After getting a clear understanding of what I was looking for and location, she started providing a wide range of properties through their program. Through texting and many phone conversations, we found the property that worked for me. She always took my calls. Jean scheduled an inspection (I am from out of state), and then some contractors for estimates on repairs (as is terms) and introduced potential insurance carriers. She was very effective in negotiating with the sellers on my behalf. After our offer was accepted (online, secure signing and wire transfer) she arranged the closing locally. She also made the introduction with the HOA, also providing copies of By-Laws, etc. Jean provided complete insightful coverage for all required interactions making the whole process pretty easy. Jean was more than an Agent. We had a bidding war on a first property that we lost, were down to last signatures on another when a better buy came up which we needed a home inspection on to feel comfortable. The inspection was far from satisfactory so we backed out. We were down to one last possibility or we were going to forget about purchasing in Florida. Well the last she found was the best!! Location, amenities, price, condition, etc.. Got some Seller concessations to boot!! We're thrilled and forever grateful. And she is one heck of a tour guide as well besides being an excellent Ambassador for the State of Florida, this having been our first trip to the area or investigating properties there. We'll certainly keep in touch with Jean whenever we are down.
