Eric is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. He goes above and beyond getting your house ready inside and out. If he doesn’t know how he will find out. Which is never. From the first day I met Gary sitting an open house in Venice I was impressed. I was working with a realtor for a month or so and was in town for 5 days to shop. She was weekend busy, out on her boat, and as I looked at Gary’s unit I told him this. He responded.... I hate for you to waste a couple days of your short trip, I can show you a couple dozen properties tomorrow if you’d like! I agreed, and we purchased land and built and now sold and rebought with Gary. He also handled my sisters purchase. He truly is the best!

He is very knowledgeable about the area and spent a lot of time showing us the benefits and differences of the various neighborhoods. He was patient and did not try to rush us into making a purchase. Eric was quick to get answers to any questions we had and worked hard to find properties that met our wish list. Once we found the house we wanted he was able to negotiate on our behalf and close the deal. Eric has a great personality and made the tedious search for our new home enjoyable. All Realtors are not the same! As they say, 20% of Realtors do 80% of the work. There are ones that want to work, and will put in the effort, and there are those that won't. Eric Dammann want's to work and does the work. I had a unique house to sell, and knew I needed a professional so I chose Eric. I listened to his thoughts and advice, and did the things he reccomended. I had to leave on business for a while and I left it in his hands, and he handled everything for me, perfectly! When we first met Eric, he most graciously listened and heard us when we explained the type of house and property we were interested to purchase. He never showed us homes 'he thought' we might like to view, but only those that fit our criteria. He actually puts himself in the buyer's position and compliments them by guiding them towards the home of their dreams. No matter how long it took, Eric remained courteous and stood with us throughout the many, many months of searching homes before we found our house...the home we knew needed to be ours.
