We wholeheartedly recommend Bill McCue, the realtor who helped us find our new home. He stuck with us patiently through COVID delays from January 2020, when we first met, until we closed in mid-September of 2021. Unfortunately, we didn’t keep up our search at the same level for the first year and a half and found ourselves in a terrible market for buyers this past summer. Bill remained patient, cheerful and encouraging throughout the ups and downs of our experience. He gave us helpful information about the market, about Florida law and insurance, even horticultural tips for northerners. Everything he suggested or told us was accurate, but he never pushed us toward any particular decision.
