We wholeheartedly recommend Bill McCue, the realtor who helped us find our new home. He stuck with us patiently through COVID delays from January 2020, when we first met, until we closed in mid-September of 2021. Unfortunately, we didn’t keep up our search at the same level for the first year and a half and found ourselves in a terrible market for buyers this past summer. Bill remained patient, cheerful and encouraging throughout the ups and downs of our experience. He gave us helpful information about the market, about Florida law and insurance, even horticultural tips for northerners. Everything he suggested or told us was accurate, but he never pushed us toward any particular decision. Bill has continued to be a valuable resource for suggestions about various services in the area since we moved into our house. We are glad to have the search behind us and appreciate Bill’s role in getting us here.

Sonia was extremely patient with me as I requested repeat showings to "make sure". She was ready willing and able to answer every question I had. If she didn't know the answer off hand she'd find out in a timely way. The end result is a happy client living in a perfect home in a great neighborhood! This was a remote sale during COVID and Sonia took care of everything "on the ground" while staying connected with us at every step. She's a good communicator who, importantly, also listens, and she provided her honest feedback many times - very helpful. While representing several properties in a red-hot market and dealing with the pandemic, Sonia was always available for us. She shown great patience and perseverance in dealing with some of the more difficult situations (and people) that come up in real estate transactions. She also has a very human side and is a kind, supportive person. I didn't expect to make a friend in this process, but I did. In the end, I couldn't think of any way to improve the experience for us so we ALSO very highly recommend Sonia.
