Once I met Jennifer, I knew right away she was the perfect agent to work with to sell our home. She is a true professional and was so easy to work with and had stellar communication with us throughout the process of selling our home. Buying and selling homes can be very stressful! I was so relaxed knowing Jennifer was guiding this process. If I had a question or needed guidance about anything I could call her and she was so responsive. I never had to wait for call backs very long at all, in fact I think she always answered my calls thinking back! She reached out every step of the way through closing so I never had to guess what was next or if I was missing anything. Jennifer is also empathetic. Lindsey was consistently helpful and knowledgeable from the very beginning when searching for homes all the way through to the closing. She understands the process and more importantly she understands the housing market. With her suggestions I was able to position my offer to get the house I wanted even with many other buyers making offers as well. She took care of everything and made the process considerably less stressful for me. Her network of contacts is extensive and will be useful even after closing. Would highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sell a property in the St Petersburg area.
