I would like to share my positive experience with Jesse and Jennifer. My wife and I began exploring Southwest Florida after two of our friends had relocated to Venice. During a visit to see our friends, we connected with Jesse and Jennifer, who kindly allowed us to view their beautiful unit in Wellen Park. Upon entering, we were immediately impressed by their end unit overlooking the golf course. Later, as my wife and I considered purchasing a property ourselves, we contacted Jesse and Jennifer again. They diligently assisted us in finding a wonderful Veranda in Wellen Park, which we ultimately purchased sight unseen. We signed the closing documents en route to Florida while Jesse conducted the walkthrough. Our experience from rental to purchase was excellent, and I highly recommend Jesse and Jennifer to anyone considering making a similar move.
