Since we were buying a second home in Parrish while residing in Massachusetts we needed someone we could trust to assist with the process. Thankfully we found Jen. She attended our negotiation and signing, pre-closing inspection, and final closing inspection; FaceTiming us in Massachusetts for the latter two. She really advocated for us and pointed out issues we couldn’t see remotely. She was also a great resource for things like independent inspector and insurance agent recommendations (not to mention restaurants). Jen is very knowledgeable and responsive. We’re so glad we found her and highly recommend her.

We had an excellent experience working with our real estate agent while purchasing our home in Riversong in Parrish, Florida. From the beginning, Jenn was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. She made the process of purchasing a home from out of state much easier and she was always available to answer our questions and help us navigate each step. Jenn went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that we felt comfortable with our purchase. Her communication, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. When we reached out to Jennifer in looking to purchase a second home where we had lived prior to moving to Spain, we reached out to her wanting to do something FAST, she very quickly got the criteria and sent us a list of options in that criteria. And when I say fast, my husband threw the idea out about 'should we' and within hours we had the choices and found what we thought fit our needs perfectly. We reached out to her via text because it was EARLY (we are on Spain time) and said to reach out when it was normal time as we wanted to submit a full price cash offer and we wanted to do so and avoid the open house that afternoon. Jennifer had to be very quick to reach out to the other agent and negotiate what we wanted. We were making this offer site unseen but would get there the next day and look at the house in person, even though we KNEW it was perfect for what we needed as a second home. Jennifer got it all done and got us in the next day and we loved it as much in person than we had on paper and we closed within 30 days, without any hiccups. Hopefully, this was the easiest buyers agent assist, since the sale of our primary home last year was much more difficult and time consuming. But, whether it's easy deals or challenging ones; high value homes or mid range value homes, Jennifer always showed up with a smile and can do attitude and does whatever necessary to help her clients.

Jennifer came recommended by friends. We reached out to her to begin the process of putting our home on the market. Jennifer came to our home with a second agent, Danielle Dustman. When they entered the home, it was apparent that they were both very professional and well prepared about not only our home, but also the current market and specifically they were prepared with the market within our neighborhood. After a tour of the property, they sat down and provided us with information on the company they represent, plus they went through in detail about our home and what they would do to help sell our home. We all combed through the data and they explained everything in a way where we understood. They patiently answered all of out questions, agreed on a price, and we started the process. They made the process very easy, being there for any question every step of the way. They provided suggestions that would help our home show in the best way possible. Jennifer worked with an incredible photography studio to take amazing pictures of our home. Jennifer provided a description of our home for the MLS, and it was put on the market. Jennifer and Danielle did such a great job advertising our home and pricing it correctly for the market that we had several interested parties in our home in just a couple of days. After 4 days on the market, the home was under contract. They both helped us through the process when the home was under contract, all the way through closing. Jennifer is very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the market. She displayed great teamwork not only with Danielle, but she also made us feel like part of the team.

Jennifer started as a realtor and quickly became a family friend who we felt had our back throughout the entire process. She connected with us and our daughter which was really important to us. When we were ready to sell our house, she came prepared, she presented great options and ideas and she helped us come up with a strategic plan of attack that we would have never gotten to on our own - and then she executed on it. Our house sold in less than a week, with lots of interest and an offer above list price and honestly even a bit higher than we would have expected. When you select Jennifer you also get a supportive team of individuals that will help make the process go smoothly. They seem to understand that their job is to remove barriers and obstacles and work collaboratively with you to help get your house sold. For us, this meant having Jennifer or at times her team (Joan rocks!) come by to help navigate various inspections, let our dogs out while we were at work and someone requested a showing, and so much more. So for as amazing as Jennifer is, and she is, you are also getting her fantastic, supportive team along with her. We couldn't say enough positive things about working with Jennifer - and her team! She is now helping us navigate new build construction and has been a great consultant every step of the way in that process also.
