Kim is a friend who I reached out to about possibly selling our home. She told me the time was now, that it was a sellers market. I was hesitant but said okay let’s do it. I had a list of rules, I didn’t want a For Sale sign, I didn’t want an open house, I didn’t want strangers driving up and down my street. She agreed. She called me on a Monday that she had potential buyers , they were going to do a walk thru, she called me the next morning with an offer. We accepted the offer and closed this past Thursday. Pretty good for getting your house sold before it went on the market. She kept me informed and calmed my nerves especially when the closing took a little longer than we expected. I would definitely recommend Kim to any of my family or friends to sell their homes.

Gustavo was a great realtor. He took time to get to know us and our needs. His positive energy kept us positive during a tough sellers market!! Gustavo is easily accessible. We were able to talk to him regularly about our needs and worries. He found us many options that we really liked What was most helpful was his inspection knowledge. He was pretty straight forward about houses that look nice on the outside but have lots of work to do.

I met Jonathan Bolano randomly when he walked into my place of business with questions about speakers. We ended up talking about several things, including my potential search for a home, and I am incredibly happy that our conversation took that turn because my experience working with the team at Bolano Home has been nothing short of exceptional. I remember asking Jon about a timeline for closing on a home from start to finish, advice for looking at properties in a wild housing market, and all the other steps needed to finalize the deal from financing a mortgage, to the property vetting process, to all the steps that come after you have an offer accepted (inspection, appraisal, etc.) Every single piece of information Jon provided me with was accurate, straightforward and honest. He went to bat for me multiple times during the process, making sure I was making educated choices and saving me from my own ignorance as a first-time homebuyer. He was incredibly responsive to the many questions I had and never made me feel like I was wasting his time with any of them (even though no doubt some of them were incredibly dumb!) Bottom line: If you are looking for a home and want to experience a smooth process with a passionate, honest team that knows all the ins-and-outs of the trade (and who wouldn’t want that?) than there is no group of people I would recommend more highly than the team at Bolano Home!
