He was dependable with both short and long-notice deadlines and changes. Jonathan Bolono made selling my home stress free. After 58 years of owning my home I felt overwhelmed in choosing the right person to help with this process. I decided to call Jonathan who had sold my neighbor’s home recently and quickly. He met with myself and my family. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process and answered all our questions! He then took a tour of the house with my son and came back with the price he would list and said he would achieve. Jonathan was the first and only realtor I called. After his great presentation, my family and I felt very confident Jonathan was the one. He was honest, professional and aggressive in his listings and marketing that did result in a quick and very profitable sale quite above selling price! The exact price he had quoted! During the process he answered all my calls and texts quickly! He suggested a painter for the exterior trim who did a nice job quickly and reasonably and used a professional photographer who was exceptional. He and Nicole, also on his team, did several open house tours with wonderful attendance and much success! They worked tirelessly! He also suggested a Title Company who worked quickly and efficiently and closing was done within 30 days! He gave me a lovely gift basket the day of our closing that was so unexpected! I met Solomon at an open house that he was hosting and right away thought he was great. He was joyful and personable and after bringing my aunt by the open house found out she felt the same way. We started working with him after that to find my first house and he was awesome the whole time! I have 3 year old twins that he chased around open houses with me and smiled through every one of them. He toured my teenage daughter through houses as I sat with the twins in the car and made sure we all always felt comfortable asking questions. I could message him anytime with questions or concerns and he was so responsive and never made me feel like I was bothering him. I appreciate that he is young and learning but still all the way committed to doing a great job. Solomon was one of the best parts about house hunting and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great experience!
