Christelle helped us in guiding through our home search and we were lucky to find our dream home within a week of our search. Eventually we waded through the rough waters of doing the home inspection, finding the lender, getting a good financing deal etc. There were few hiccups there wrt the right financing deal; although eventually it worked out okay in terms of closing the house on time. Christelle was always reachable, prompt with her replies to our queries and also quite vocal with suggestions when necessary to make our experience smooth. After we contacted Bolano Team, they quickly got back to us for an initial consultation. During the call, I quickly got the sense that Jonathan was an experienced agent who knew the type of buyers my wife and I were, was very familiar with the market, and knew a lot about houses themselves and what we would want to look for and what to avoid. From the very start he helped set us up with the type of outlook that would make the process of buying a home as stress free as is possible in today’s market. When we started looking for homes, we met up with Jonathan and David, another realtor at Bolano team who we also would end up working with quite a bit. Every positive thing I’ve said about Jonathan so far also applied well to David. We toured a few properties, and eventually submitted some offers. We eventually had to stop visiting for every tour because of the distance we lived from the markets we were looking at. This was not an issue though, as Jonathan and David both did excellent jobs with the creation of virtual tours, which were video walkthroughs of the homes showing their various features and with some commentary on the house’s mechanical features like how recent the water heaters and roof were installed etc. Near the end of our search, we were sending new properties that came on the market every week and within a couple days they would send us a virtual tours. Through the process, despite our worries that we were sending them on too many tours they worked like champions and hit every property we were interested in. The tours gave an excellent sense of the properties despite us not being physically present, to the point where we shifted our original position from “we probably wouldn’t place an offer based on a remote tour” to doing just that and being quite happy with the result. Our experience with Bolano Team was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone looking in the area, and we look forward to working with them in the future.
