Best agent ever

I only have wonderful things to say about Jonathan. If I could give him 20 stars, I would. I worked with other realtors before contacting Jonathan and let me tell you, calling Jonathan was the best decision I made. He is the best of best realtor in Rhode Island. As a first time buyer it brought me anxiety and nervousness, but he made me feel confident and comfortable with the process. He understood what I was looking for and what I needed, and in only 4 months after I contacted him he made it possible and found my first home. One of the things I like the most is that he didn’t treat me as a simple client, he treated me as his close friend and that made the experience even better. He is super professional, honest, very positive, committed, super communicative and also funny; he always gave me a good laugh. He kept me updated on everything during the process; even after closing, he keep communication with me to make sure everything is going good. He is easy to talk to, he explained me very clearly and with detail each steps, answered every question and clarified any doubts I had. Out with the old in with the new

Jonathan knew just how to market my house. After only a few days of being on the market, Jonathan presented me with over a half dozen offers. Guiding me with the best potential offers. After the buyer backed out Jonathan didn’t seem to be bothered. Another few days of reaching out to contacts we were met with another half dozen offers. With Jonathan’s great marketing skills, dedication connections our house was sold well over asking. And with his knowledge of the area and market. We found our dream home. With a strong offer suggested by Jonathan we were able to secure our forever home below asking competing with other offers! Thank you so much Jonathan

Everything they promised, they delivered on

Life saver

Kim was so very helpful to us in the process of selling our house. We had never sold a house before and we live out of state and so couldn't be there for all of the specific details. Having someone we could trust to take care of the whole process and have things run smoothly was so wonderful. She was very thoughtful and clear letting us know what we needed to do and what she would take care of. We are very grateful to her support all along the way.
