Do not think twice about working with Bolano team! They are hands down the best realtors. From start to finish the service was professional, detailed, timely, and super efficient. As first time home buyers we were nervous about the whole process but right from the first consult we knew we had made the right choice. From the first meeting Jonathan really took the time to understand our needs (both what we did and did not want). He explained the whole process and what to expect at each step. The daunting task of house searching was made easy through their website which we found to be up to date and super user friendly. Jonathan also made sure to send us suggestions based on our preferences and his insights from getting to know us (which were spot on). We were able to schedule viewings quickly and would find him there waiting for us before we arrived. He was knowledgeable about every property and also had great suggestions and observations that were honest and extremely helpful. Our two kids were present at each visit and he made them feel like a part of the process (which this mom was so happy about). It only took a handful of viewings before we found our house. When we found the one, he navigated negotiations so well. Communications were lighting fast and we were confident of his abilities. He answered the many questions we had and never made us feel awkward. It was through his guidance that were able to make a strong offer that got us our home over many other candidates.
