We just purchased our second home with Bob and both transactions went so smoothly. He is excellent about staying on top of the millions details involved in real estate sales and purchases (did I mention we also sold a house with him?) and communicating with his clients so there are no bad surprises. Our most recent purchase was a second home on a lake two hours from KC, and he was with us at the inspection, walkthrough and closing which we thought was really above and beyond customer service!
