Berni Sabelli did an excellent job in marketing my home and then following up with all the details. Even after the sale, when there were problems with the utilities, she took care of those issues. She was honest, professional, and easy to reach.

I can’t say enough great things about working with Bernie. She routinely provided insight into the market and available homes. She was always available when I needed to reach her. Very professional throughout my time working with her. She made the home buying process infinitely more enjoyable. I couldn’t imagine buying a home without her. I highly recommend Bernie.

Berni was wonderful. Aside from her excellent communication skills, she really listened to us and understood our needs. When she showed us a home, Berni knew that property and was able to answer all our questions. She touched base with us often and made us comfortable through the entire process. We have recommended her to family and friends. Berni is an outstanding realtor

Berni has been in a realtor for 30 years and is very knowledgeable in the industry. She was very easy to work with and very friendly. She kept up with things every step of the way. My home sold very quickly, but took a while to close, so she had a lot to follow up on and she did so keeping me in the loop. I would highly recommend her.

Berni was great to work with on the purchase of my lot in New Middletown. I am already building a house there and am very excited. The sale of my lot was very easy. If I need a realtor to sale my current home, I would use her for that too.

Berni’s knowledge of the market, the area where my former home was located and her persistence in reviewing and updating the comps was top notch and professional. She was very accommodating in setting meeting times and she stayed in touch throughout the process—even after I moved out! Berni has great soft skills—she’s a good listener and a good communicator, taking all my concerns seriously and taking the time to explain every step of the real estate transaction. I was thoroughly pleased with her dedication to me as a client and felt she acquired the best buyer for my home. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to all who are looking to buy or sell their homes.
