Malinda was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of selling our family home. This wasn’t just a house, it was a place filled with years of memories, so letting go was emotional. Malinda handled everything with so much care, patience, and professionalism, making a difficult transition feel smooth and supported every step of the way. She truly understood what this home meant to our family and still helped us feel excited knowing another family will now get to create their own memories there. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through this chapter. Highly recommend Malinda to anyone looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable, but genuinely compassionate and dedicated.

From moment number one, to the end of the listing and sale, Berni was fantastic. Being an Executor was a new experience for me. Berni made the sale of the condo so much easier. Took my calls day and night with a cheerful attitude. So from me and my entire family, THANK YOU BERNI. You were a joy to work with.

Malinda was always available and quick to respond, she was knowledgeable, created a sense of peace and calm through the whole process. Honest and transparent about everything a long the way and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend if you're buying or selling to call Malinda and let her guide you through the entire process. From beginning to end she's been a huge support and I learned so much working with her. My wife and I both were excited to have the opportunity to work with her and Malinda just confirmed that decision with each part of the buying process.

I called Berni to buy a new house in a different part of town. My wife purchased the house I’m in now, but she has passed away unexpectedly and I never liked this house. Berni worked with me to find the right house for me. We looked at a number of houses, but none hit my fancy until I saw the house on Valley View Drive. I loved it and so I purchased it. Berni was so patient and understanding during our house hunting time together. She really went the extra mile to ensure that I got the house that I really wanted. I would recommend Berni as your realtor, because there is no one better as a realtor

Malinda has once again been stellar in helping us find our new home. She is very knowledgeable in what to look for in a home, whether it is looking for any issues or what would or wouldn't work for us. She has answered us immediately when asking questions, or even booked appointments for us in the same day if something came on market that we needed to see. After looking at 43 homes with her, we trust her like a family member.
