Malinda was always straightforward and upfront about every phase of the process for my wife and I to be able to purchase our home together. BEST OF THE BEST!

Malinda gets the job done & gives it her all! She is very responsive & extremely helpful with negotiations and everything else along the way. Not to mention her awesome marketing skills, too! She gives great advice and always kept us in her best interest. Selling & buying a home can be stressful but Malinda keeps you at ease and makes the process go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Malinda went above and beyond.

Malinda went above and beyond. The market is very hard, we looked at different types of houses to try to find what we needed and she never questioned us when asking to shows us each house. Everytime she seemed to drop everything and get us in within 24 hours. While there she offered her professional opinion while also making sure it was us deciding if we loved it or not.
