Malinda was tirelessly diligent from June 2023 thru September 2024 in finding the perfect house in a nice neighborhood for me and my son. She sent me videos of walk-throughs of all the properties and explained all the positive and negative aspects of each one. She was extremely helpful through the stress by providing a great lender and an inspector who helped us avoid a "money pit" on a previous house. We went through half a dozen properties which seemed to meet our needs before we found our true dream home. I recommend Malinda to anyone looking for a realtor. She communicates well and can be trusted to look out for your best interests by working with the Seller's agent. She provided contact information to allow a smooth transition for all utilities. I really appreciated the ability to sign offers from out of state by electronic signature while my son did the walk-throughs so he could provide his opinion whether a property would fit our needs. I moved in almost a month ago and love the house more every day. Thanks to Malinda, I will be able to retire and have my son live with me for security and help while we each maintain our own privacy. My daughter is an 8-minute drive instead of 5 hours away where I lived more than 20 years. I thank Malinda for the happiness I feel every day I wake up in my beautiful new home.

Berni showed her knowledge of the market in helping me decide an asking price. I tried to sell it on my own but came to a brick wall in deciding on the asking price.
