We'd been on the market for almost three months with a different agency - two showings, four open houses, and a grand total of 6 people had seen our house. I was confused and frustrated, because houses in our neighborhood were selling! Why not ours?! Wendy and Erin came highly recommended, so we made the switch - it was night and day. They walked through every room with us and gave feedback. They helped us pack away personal items. They staged the house and had new photos taken. They gave daily updates on activities, including reverse prospecting. Our views went through the roof and we had more showings booked the day after going live than we had in the entire 3 months we were on the market before. And when an offer came, Wendy was in our corner. She advised us what would be ok to push back on, and what was considered standard in this market (hey, I'm not a realtor.
